Resin Bound Driveways in Lincoln

Deciding to install a new driveway at your property can be a difficult decision to make. Getting the right surface material is highly important to ensure that the finished product is as you imagine it. Our resin bound surfacing comes with several benefits and is ideal for use on driveways.

What Is Resin Bound Surfacing?

A resin bound surface is gravel or stone aggregate mixed with resin to give a smooth textured finish to the surface. The hard-wearing surface features UV (Ultra Violet) stable clear polyurethane resin to keep your driveway looking like new at all times. The surface is applied by hand and can be laid on top of other surfaces such as tarmac or concrete.

Once applied, the surface will be trowelled to a smooth finish. Resin bound can come in a range of aggregate sizes, including 12 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, and 24 mm.

The Benefits of Resin Bound Driveways

Some of the major advantages of resin bound surfaces come from the surfaces permeable nature. This allows water to easily soak away, preventing flooding and excess surface water. Resin bound surfaces do not fade and they can be colour matched to your preference, giving you more control over the appearance of your home. We have a wide selection of samples for you to take a look at, with different sized aggregates available as well as examples of different colours.

We can provide design options for architects, designers, developers, and home owners, making the surface type equally suitable for both new builds and refurbishment projects.
